PURCHASE CONDITIONS
All services are subject to availability. Advance booking (date and time) is required for the treatment or service booked by calling +(34) 972 364 658 or sending an email to recepcionspa@lazure-hotel.com, indicating the voucher number and the name of the voucher holder.
Cocoon Wellbeing & SPA does not guarantee any service that has not been confirmed by the establishment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Returns: You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return. To process your return, please send an email to recepcionspa@lazure-hotel.com.
Date changes: Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. In that case, a new date will be proposed for enjoying the service.
Cancellations outside the deadline: If you do not give 24 hours' notice or do not attend the reserved service, you will lose 100% of the amount.
Validity of the voucher: 12 months from the date of issue.
Obvious pricing errors
The spa reserves the right to cancel any booking whose price is affected by a clearly identifiable technical or human error, resulting in an unrealistic or manifestly disproportionate price. In such cases, the client will be duly informed and, if possible, offered an alternative at the correct rate.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Use of Facilities
Access to the spa is only permitted to those over 16 years of age, except for specific services for minors accompanied by an adult.
Swimsuits and towels must be worn at all times within common areas.
Punctuality
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to register and prepare properly.
Delays could reduce treatment time without changing the total cost.
Health Conditions
It is the client's responsibility to inform the staff of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or medical treatments before receiving a service. The spa is not responsible for adverse reactions if this information is not communicated.
Personal belongings
It is recommended to leave valuables at home or in the provided lockers. The spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
Behavior and Safety
Any damage caused to the facilities or equipment must be borne by the responsible customer.
Smoking, consuming alcohol, or bringing food into the spa is not permitted.
The spa reserves the right to refuse service to people under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances.
