PURCHASE CONDITIONS

All services are subject to availability. It is essential to make a prior reservation (date and time) for the contracted treatment or service by calling +(34) 972 364 658 or by sending an email to cocoon@lazure-hotel.com, indicating the voucher number and the holder's name.
Cocoon Wellbeing & SPA does not guarantee any service that has not been confirmed by the establishment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds: You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To manage this, send an email to cocoon@lazure-hotel.com.
Date changes: Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. In that case, a new date will be proposed to enjoy the service.
Late cancellations: If you do not notify us 24 hours in advance or do not show up for the booked service, 100% of the amount will be lost.
Voucher validity: 12 months from the date of issue.
Obvious pricing errors
The spa reserves the right to cancel any reservation whose price is affected by a technical or human error that is clearly identifiable as an unrealistic or manifestly disproportionate price. In these cases, the client will be duly informed, offering them, if possible, an alternative adjusted to the correct rate.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Use of Facilities
Access to the spa is allowed only to those over 16 years of age, except for specific services for minors accompanied by an adult.
A swimsuit and towel must be worn at all times within the common areas.

Punctuality
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to check in and prepare properly.
Delays could reduce the treatment time, without modifying the total cost.

Health Conditions
It is the client's responsibility to inform the staff of any medical condition, allergy, pregnancy, or medical treatment before receiving a service. The spa is not responsible for adverse reactions if this information was not communicated.

Personal Belongings
It is recommended to leave valuables at home or in the lockers provided. The spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.

Behavior and Safety
Any damage caused to the facilities or equipment must be assumed by the responsible client.
Smoking, consuming alcohol, or bringing food into the spa is not permitted.
The spa reserves the right to refuse service to persons under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances.
